Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
This policy explains how Oregon Logistics, Inc., doing business as cyberscaler ("cyberscaler," "we"), handles information through our website, customer portal, apps and services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact and quote requests: name, email, phone number, company, team size and your message.
- Applications: business name, address, EIN, website, industry, contacts (names, titles, emails and phone numbers), current provider and numbers, services wanted, and texting campaign details such as sample messages and how people opt in.
- Documents you upload, such as carrier invoices or letters of authorization used to move your numbers.
- Account details: names, emails, roles, and billing details such as bank account and routing numbers.
- Support tickets and chats, and alert settings such as the phone number and email where you want notifications.
Information created when you use the Service. Call records (numbers, times, durations and outcomes), voicemail, text messages, contacts, and, when you turn them on, call recordings, transcripts and AI summaries. For the softphone apps we keep the device name and last sign-in time.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address when you submit a form, upload a file or sign in, used for security and fraud prevention, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to the portal. Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, third-party cookies, or tracking pixels on our website.
2. How we use information
- to provide, maintain and support the Service, including routing calls and messages and showing your activity in the portal;
- to review applications and complete required registrations, such as texting brand and campaign registration, caller ID name and number transfers;
- to bill you and keep business records;
- to send service notices, security alerts, support replies and other messages about your account;
- to protect the Service and our customers, including detecting fraud, spam and abuse;
- to improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified information where we can; and
- to comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the providers that deliver messages for us.
If you get texts from us, such as support alerts, you can reply STOP to stop them or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Information our customers handle with cyberscaler
Businesses use cyberscaler to talk with their own customers. For calls, messages and recordings exchanged with a business that uses cyberscaler, that business decides what is collected and how it is used, and we process that information on its behalf. If you are a customer of one of those businesses, please contact the business directly with privacy questions or requests.
6. AI features
When a customer turns on transcription, summaries or other AI features, the related calls and messages are processed to produce that output. We do not use call recordings to create voiceprints or any other biometric identifiers.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After an account ends, we may delete its data 30 days later. We keep billing, tax, registration and call records for as long as the law requires, and information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our agreements. Applications that are not approved may be deleted at any time. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypt sensitive details such as EINs and bank account numbers when stored, store passwords only as one-way hashes, and limit access to the people and systems that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@cyberscaler.ai. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. Some information may be kept where the law allows, for example for billing records or to prevent fraud.
Residents of some states have additional rights under their state's privacy laws. We will honor those rights where they apply, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Where information is processed
We are based in the United States and process information there. Our providers may process it in other countries.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will tell customers by email or in the portal.
